In addition to single and double rooms, rooms suitable for the disabled, shared rooms or just a single bed can also be booked. We also offer special rooms for guests with dogs.
When furnishing and equipping the rooms, we have paid attention to allergy-friendly wall colours, floor coverings and fabrics. No matter what special needs allergy sufferers have for their room or food – we are able to respond.
Smoking is not permitted in the entire house.

Our multi-bed rooms are perfectly suited for smaller groups and families. The beds offer maximum flexibility and can be put together or apart as needed.
Our spacious family rooms offer plenty of room for young and old. A children's travel cot is available on request.

You are also welcome to give us the details of a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card. We need the name of the holder, the number of the credit card, the expiry date and the security code.
We reserve the right to authorise a credit card prior to arrival.
For individual bookings, cash payment or advance bank transfer is also possible. Please make sure that we receive the amount at least 3 working days before arrival in order to be booked in time.
Invoice payments are only possible in exceptional cases and require a written request or an acceptance of costs from an official body (company, department, school authority, etc.) with stamp and signature – we will check this and inform you as soon as possible whether an assumption of costs is accepted.
Up to 24 hours before the day of arrival, individual rooms can be cancelled free of charge (flex rate). In the event of a cancellation at short notice after 3 pm on the day before, we charge 90 percent of the room or bed rate. In case of no-show without cancellation, 100 percent will be charged.
Smoking is not permitted on our premises and is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. The party responsible will be held liable for any damage caused by fire alarms triggered by unauthorised smoking or by tampering with the smoke detectors. The costs incurred are to be paid immediately on site. If smoking has taken place in the room, an extra cleaning fee of 250 € will be charged.
We wish to treat other guests and residents with respect. For this reason, all rooms, corridors and outdoor areas are closed for the night after 10 pm. Non-observance of the nightly rest can lead to expulsion.
The maximum capacity of the lift must be observed. Any costs incurred due to improper use must be paid directly on site.
Non-registered persons are only allowed access to the rooms after prior registration at the reception. The havenhostel may deny access in individual cases. For security reasons, the public areas are partially under video surveillance.
The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 pm. Luggage can be stored in the luggage room if you arrive early. If you choose Early Check-In for 25 € when booking, you are guaranteed access to your room from 11 am. (if available).
Check-out is possible until 10:30 am. If you would like to stay longer, we recommend our late check-out service for 25 euros per room, with which you do not have to check out until 14:00.Check-in
We warmly welcome your four-legged friend. Please note that only certain room categories are available for guests with dogs. For a small fee of 15 € per night, your dog can stay in your room. Dogs are not allowed in the dining rooms.
KeyCards (electronic keys) are issued for each room at check-in. Additional key cards can be borrowed at reception for a deposit of 10 €. On departure, these must be returned to reception. The loss of a KeyCard will result in a charge of 10 €.
The havenhostel has a bar and various lounges. The consumption of brought-in goods in these rooms is not desired. Exceptions must be agreed upon with the havenhostel management. When using the Wi-Fi, the provisions of data protection and the protection of children and young people must be observed.
